This report intends to report the results and share the specific methods of a guidance on Gigong training used in the process of implementation, thereby helping the research of a guidance on Gigong training later. Methods : The methods and results of the implementation of Moosim Gigong Doinbeop and Moosim Gigong Walking implemented by H Korean Medicine Hospital were reported. For the movements of Doinbeop, the posture and movements, the precautions to be taken when guiding, the alternative movements, and the meaning of the movements were summarized. For Moosim Gigong Walking, the method of progress, the method of motion, precautions to be taken, and replaceable movements were summarized. The method of implementing the guidance on Gigong training for severely ill and elderly patients was introduced. The application cases that were applied to some diseases and effective were recorded. Results : At H Korean Medicine Hospital, Moosim Gigong Doinbeop and Moosim Gigong Walking were conducted in the form of an open lecture, and 4,682 patients attended the Doinbeop class and 3,373 patients attended the Walking class. There is no restriction on the type of disease of the participating patients. The attending physician recommends and the patient wishes, the patient participates in the course. Conclusions : Curing technology is a long-standing treatment method of Korean Medicine, but it has not yet been activated in the modern Korean Medicine system. Research on the guidance on Gigong training can be conducted to establish itself as a new treatment method for Korean Medicine. * Keywords : Guidance on Gigong Training, Moosim Gigong Doinbeop, Moosim Gigong Walking, Lower Active-bridge [목차] Ⅰ. 緖論 Ⅱ. 硏究對象 및 方法 Ⅲ. 結果 Ⅳ. 考察 Ⅴ. 結論 Ⅵ. 參考文獻 [서론] 도인법은 호흡과 함께 몸을 굽히고 펴는 방법, 팔과 다리를 구부렸다 폈다 하는 동작, 신체를 두드리는 동작을 통해서 혈과 기를 유창하게 소통시켜서 건강을 촉진하는 방법이라고 정의하였다[1]. 이는 단순한 기의 유통뿐 아니라 사지의 움직임을 통해 척추와 내장의 움직임을 이끌어낸다는 의미에서 정밀한 운동방법을 요구한다. 도인법은 『黃帝內經』 異法方宜論에서 당시에 시행하던 유효한 의료방법으로서 砭石, 毒藥, 灸炳, 九鍼, 導引按蹻를 기록한[2] 이래로 줄곧 한의학의 주요한 치료법으로 자리하고 있다. 導引에 대한 주석에서 李頤는 ‘導氣令和 引體令柔’의 치료원리를[3] 통해 기를 조절하고 체성 안정성을 유도하는 것으로 한의학의 치료원리와 같이함을 보였다[4]. 한의학에서 양생기공과 도인법을 질병치료에 적극적으로 적용한 것은 역대의서에 잘 나타나 있다. 『呂氏春秋』 古樂篇에서는 춤 동작을 이용해서 백성들의 질병을 치료했다 하였고[5], 養生氣功과 導引法을 질병치료에 적용하는 기록은 醫方類聚[6]와 東醫寶鑑[7]에서도 보이고 있으며, 중국의 역대의서에서도 漢末의 張仲景과 華陀의 著作과 傳記, 隋唐의 『諸病源候論』, 『備急千金要方』, 『外臺秘要』, 宋代의 『聖濟總錄』, 金元四大家의 『素問玄機原病式』, 『儒門事親』, 『蘭室秘藏』, 『丹溪心法』, 明代의 『奇經八脈考』, 淸代의 『古今圖書集成』(醫部全錄) 등에 모두 導引練功으로 병을 치료하는 방법이 기록되어 있는 등 이 방면에 관련된 자료는 헤아릴 수 없이 많다[8]. 無心氣功 導引法은 한국 전래의 수련법으로 전승되어 오다가 지난 1995년에 ‘보약보다 기공이다’라는 단행본을 통해 22개의 동작으로 소개되었다[9]. 2005년에는 무심기공 도인법과 일반공법을 대한의료기공학회지에 소개[10]하면서 21개의 동작으로 재편하였다. 2005년에 대한의료기공학회의 노력으로 ‘공법지도요법’이 신의료기술 비급여 항목으로 인정되면서[11] 도인법을 임상현장에서 합법적으로 활용할 수 있게 되었고, 도인법을 임상현장에 맞게 재정리하여 17개의 동작으로 개정하였다[12]. 무심기공 보법은 2014년에 대한의료기공학회지를 통해서 소개되었다[13]. 무심기공이 발표된 이후로 임상에서 질병치료에 대한 유효성에 대해 증례보고와 임상논문을 통해 연구해왔다[12, 14, 15]. 이러한 연구를 포함한 임상한의사들의 노력과 수련현장에서의 경험을 통해 무심기공 도인법과 공법이 몸을 수양하고 질병을 예방 및 치료하는데 도움을 주는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 그런데 임상에서 적용해보면 질환에 따라 어떤 동작은 실행하기 힘들고, 특히 중증이거나 연로하신 환자들에게는 원래 동작을 그대로 실행하기 어려운 경우가 있어서 이러한 경우에 적용할 수 있는 방법을 보고하거나 공유하는 연구가 필요한 실정이다. H 한방병원에서는 지난 2018년 3월부터 2022년 7월까지 무심기공 도인법과 보법을 환자들에게 공법지도요법으로서 공개강좌를 통하여 지도하였다. 이 프로그램의 진행방법과 결과를 보고하고 그 지도한 내용을 공유하여 임상에서 무심기공 도인법과 보법을 적용하는 연구에 보탬이 되고자 한다. 덧말
